Onfleek Travel & Beyond, reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time by posting changes on the website. It is your responsibility to review the website terms and conditions regularly to ensure you are aware of the latest terms and conditions. Your use of this website after a change has been posted will be deemed to signify your acceptance of the modified terms and conditions.


In order to make reservations through the web, users can enter their personal data by filling in a form, these data will be treated privately by the company. These are the conditions of use, users accept and declare that the data that are in the reservation form of any consequence derived from errors in the information provided. The identification of reservation and passwords and other keys provided by Onfleek to the client, will allows access to your checkin account. By accepting the General Conditions of Onfleek, the client confirm to be over 18 years of age and to have full capacity to understand and accept the content of said conditions.

The booking will be used exclusively for the trip indicated and by the person who is listed on the booking form. The booking form will be valid solely for the person whose name appears on it and for the trip listed on this reservation. The reservation is non-transferable and cannot be transferred to a third party.


The meeting point, the date, the schedule, the duration and all the necessary information for the enjoyment of the trips or excursions are detailed of each trip between 3 and 5 days before the departure of each trip or excursion. Each client has a confirmation email with the information to access the trip information.

Based on amount of reservations, Onfleek occasionally has to organize and divide the trip among several hotels and also have the buses leave at different departure times. Onfleek is dedicated to organizing the groups as per rooming and group requests that the clients list on their reservations. However, Onfleek shall not be liable for any refunds, claims, or loss of enjoyment of any nature or kind whatsoever related to client´s dissatisfaction with how the trip is divided as ultimately hotel rooms, bus spots, etc. are limited.

For Onfleek Morocco excursions, in the event of weather conditions that prevent the ferry from crossing the Strait of Gibraltar, the trip will be planned accordingly until the group is able to cross. In the case of a postponed departure or return to Spain, all extra costs for any changes made in trip arrangements (hotel reservations, meals, etc.) incurred during the postponement due to the weather conditions will be the responsibility of the customer. If any additional charges are required for the changes made to the trip, the customers will be informed of these charges prior to being charged.

Onfleek´s Meeting Point is the Avenida Menendez Pelayo 10 ( near to Bike Center Sevilla) unless otherwise stated. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure they know where the meeting point is and that they arrive on time to the trip meeting point on the stated trip departure day and time. It is the responsibility of the client to contact Onfleek with any questions or concerns regarding the meeting point. Onfleek is not liable for clients who fail to arrive on time or fail to arrive at the correct meeting point. No refunds will be granted to clients who do not arrive or who arrive late to the Onfleek Meeting Point.


Customers who sign up the day before or the same day to the departure date will incur a fee of 30 Euros.


Under no circumstances will Onfleek be responsible for the changes that occur in the currencies, nor for the interest or bank fees that may be caused by the customer's bank. The prices include taxes.

Your credit card will be charged in Euros (€).

A processing fee of 3% will be added to all purchases made via credit card.

Payment can be made by bank card or by cash payment in our office.

The reservation of a trip will be considered effective once the information of the reservations is completed, the Terms and Conditions have been accepted, and the amount of the trip has been paid. If the customer's card was denied or the numbering was incorrect, and the payment could not be made, it will be understood that said reservation has not been made.

The prices will be those indicated on the Web at the time of booking and will be charged to the client once the reservation process is finished.

The total amount of a reservation will be indicated at the time of the final confirmation of the reservation.


Onfleek Travel & Beyond, is NOT responsible for the following circumstances:

1- Cancellations made outside the deadline by customers. Onfleek is not responsible in any way for the return of the amounts paid by customers if the cancellation deadlines are not met.

2- Delays or mistakes made by customers to reach the meeting point of the trip booked by the same. Likewise, the responsibility belongs to the client and the amount of the trip will not be refunded.

3- That the client has forgotten his passport or documentation and can not take the means of transport that require it. It is the client's responsibility to ensure they meet entry requirements for destinations of any trip or excursion booked through Onfleek. As such, no refund will be issued to clients who are unable to find their travel documents or show up for the trip and are unable to travel or check in to the hotels due to improper and / or lost documentation.The costs incurred by the company or employees of the company to solve the problems arising from forgetting, loss or theft of the personal document by the client (passport, visas, ID, nie ...) will be borne by the client.

4- Damages, injuries, thefts and accidents that may affect the client during the scheduled activities on the trips.

5- Weather conditions, acts of terrorism, strikes, for which the company was forced to cancel or change the scheduled trip.

6- Of the illnesses or accidents that the client could suffer to the trip and for what he could not make the trip.

7- From the occasional damages or breakages to the Hotel, the Bus or any of our suppliers, for which the client has to bear the economic consequences that may arise.

Customers who cancel their reservations must specify it by email to the address support@onfleek-travel.com (providing name, surname, date of travel and Booking ID)

The customer will be refunded 50% of the total amount paid in the reservation, provided that the cancellation is in writing by email, and it is before the 7 days prior to the departure date of the booked trip.

No refunds will be made 7 days before the departure date of the trip.

The client can change the date of his trip only once No Cost as long as provided it is notified 7 days before the date of the trip previously booked, if he had to change the date of his trip a second time, a charge of 10 Euros will be applied. If the client switches to a different trip offered by Onfleek, there will be no refund of monies if the new trip costs less.

In case of sudden illness or accident for which the trip could not be made, 30% of the total amount of the reservation paid will be refunded provided that medical documentation proving it is provided.

Submission of an online booking does not guarantee you a spot on the trip. Your reservation is neither confirmed nor guaranteed until final payment is received. Reservations will be unconfirmed that cannot be processed due to inaccurate card number or the credit card being denied. By submitting an online booking, you are agreeing to have your card charged according to the stated trip price anytime prior to the trip departure date. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that they are providing accurate payment information in order to successfully secure a reservation on Onfleek trips.

Under no circumstance shall Onfleek and its employees/guides be liable for baggage damage or loss, loss of personal properties or possessions , personal illness, injury, arrest or conduct of any participant throughout the trip. The client agrees to assume all risk of injury and loss that may arise as a result of participating in this excursion and further agrees to hold: Onfleek and all its employees/guides, harmless for any injury or loss that arises as a direct or indirect result of any act or omission of any third part.


Onfleek reserves the right to cancel a trip in case of not reaching the minimum number of people to complete a group, notifying customers five days prior to the trip. Onfleek will inform everyone about the situation through Onfleek's personal account.


We reserve the right to refuse to carry any person or accept a person on the tour whose conduct or manner may cause offence or upset to other participants. The same applies to any person who is experiencing medical symptoms that could cause ill health to others or to any person we suspect may not be fit to travel or tour. We apply our standard cancellation policy in this case.


Onfleek shall not be liable for any refunds, claims, losses, damages, costs expenses, delays or loss of enjoyment of any nature or kind whatsoever, to you or your traveling companions or group members resulting from events beyond our or a supplier’s control including but not limited to acts of God, strikes, lockouts or other labour disputes or disruptions, wars,epidemics, blockades, insurrections, riots, protests, earthquakes, flight and ferry cancellations or interruptions, weather conditions, floods, or acts or restraints imposed by government authorities. Except where otherwise expressly stated in these booking conditions we will not be liable or pay you compensation if our contractual obligations to you are affected by any event which we or the supplier(s) of the service(s) in question could not, even with all due care, foresee or avoid. These events can include, but are not limited to war, threat of war, civil strife terrorist activity and its consequences or the threat of such activity, riot, the act of any government or other national or local authority including port or river authorities, industrial dispute, lock closure, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, chemical or biological disaster and adverse weather, sea, ice and river conditions and all similar events outside our or the supplier(s) concerned’s control. Advice from the Foreign Office to avoid or leave a particular country may constitute Force Majeure.

Onfleek is not responsible and no money will be refunded for cancellations based upon forces beyond Onfleek´s resonable control. Such examples include, but are not limited to, blackouts, storms, road closures, health risk outbreaks, transportation strikes, protests, general strikes, international visa work permit delays, acts of terrorism and acts of God. Furthermore, if the trip has departed and is interrupted by forces beyond Onfleek´s control, the Onfleek client understands and acknowledges that they must pay all extra costs to return back to city where trip departed. Onfleek client is liable and responsible for any costs that are incurred on their behalf as a result of a trip interruption, extension, or delay including but not limited to country-wide protests, natural disasters, etc, may include, without limitation, extra lodging, meals, fees to change scheduled bus schedules, other transportation costs and itinerary changes.


Applied promo codes may not be used on previous purchases and may not be redeemed for cash. Onfleek reserves the right to cancel and/or void promo codes and their applied discounts to the total trip cost if all members of the group do not sign up and purchase their spot on the trip and/or if the trip itself has not met the minimum number of reservations needed to run the trip. . Promo codes are ONLY applicable to clients who have not yet signed up for the specified trip date and can NOT be applied to trip reservations that have already been processed and confirmed.

In respect of a discounted booking (and unless expressly provided otherwise in these Terms and Conditions), if a client cancels or chooses not to use their booking, then they are not entitled to a refund of the promo code or any reinstatement of the promotion; if a client is entitled to compensation (for these purposes compensation includes a full or partial refund, credit or some other form of compensation) for their booking, then such compensation shall not include the amount of the discount; if the client changes their booking then they will not be entitled to a refund of the Discount or reinstatement of the PromotionAny credit with Onfleek, including but not limited to vouchers, special discounts, special program prices, etc, are non-transferable and are applicable to Onfleek trips only during the current semester and are automatically void at the end of the given period.

If the costumer receives any prize from Onfleek, such as free trips or 50% OFF any of the trips, Onfleek will then only charge for the extra services that the customer decides to sign up for (such as Room Guarantee, Activities, Extra Bus...) or the extra charges included in the last minute Bookings, Cancellations, Switching Trips, Passport , or Reservations and Payments sections.


Onfleek reserves the right to refuse service to anyone whose condition or conduct could endanger or discomfort himself or herself or others. All extra charges that result from disruptive or destructive behavior are the responsibility of the customer and will be charged to the credit card listed in the booking or the credit card used to make the purchasee.

Our group trips are run by a group leader. The decision of the group leader is final on all matters likely to affect the safety or well-being of any traveller or staff member participating in the trip. If you fail to comply with a decision made by a group leader, or interfere with the well-being or mobility of the group, the group leader may direct you to leave the trip immediately, with no right of refund. We may also elect not to carry you on any future trips booked. You must at all times comply with the laws, customs, foreign exchange and drug regulations of all countries visited, and you also agree to travel in accordance with our responsible travel guidelines.


All customers agree that Onfleek is not responsible for any lost and/or stolen items on any of the excursions provided. Customers are responsible for their own belongings.


All costumers agree that Onfleek is not responsible for medical treatments, including sickness that any costumer might have or develop on a trip. Customers are required to have their own medical insurance. In case of any accident, injury or illness of the client during the excursions the hospitalization and/or medication will be paid by the client. It is client's responsibility to ensure he/she is fit enough to tour on the departure date. Some of our tours may not be fully accessible to wheelchairs or clients with any mobility issues - we will try to accommodate disabilities and medical problems where we can but please be aware that some of our tours may simply not be suitable for you. It is essential that you notify us upon booking about any medical problems which may affect your ability to travel on our tours so that we can advise you if your chosen arrangements are feasible for you. Should you fail to do so and as a consequence be unable to complete your trip or access a tour we cannot be held responsible for any cost or inconvenience this may cause you if we are unable to accommodate you or any member of your party.


Occasionally we offer custom trips, where we provide buses and/or other travel arrangments for our costumers in order to suit their schedule. If the costumer later decides to cancel the trip, no money will be refunded under any circumstances.
